dc.description.abstractThe artist's statement: In my work, I strive to achieve a modern aesthetic by using clean lines, a lot of white space, and diagonal compositions. I like to incorporate humor in my projects to maintain a light hearted, tongue-in-cheek approach. My favorite stages of a graphic design project are the initial brainstorming and sketching stages and the final cutting and mounting stages. Finally, I am interested in combining the handmade with computer generated designs.
