dc.descriptionThis constitutes the second annual report of the three 211(d) grant recipient member universities of the Council of U.S. Universities for Soil and Water Development in Arid and Sub-Humid Areas (CUSUSWASH). The grantee universities are: The University of Arizona, Contract AID/csd 2457, Colorado State University, Contract AID/csd 2460, Utah State University, Contract AID/csd 2459. The purpose of the grants is to enhance the competence of these universities in the field of water management for agriculture. The programs were initiated July 1, 1969.
