Colorado forest stewardship guidelines to protect water quality

Abstract

Colorado's forest lands supply beauty, clean water, abundant wildlife, minerals, recreation, and renewable resources such as forage and timber which support thousands of jobs. This book is dedicated to the stewardship of those resources - especially clean water. It describes the Best Management Practices (BMPs) for the protection of natural resources including water quality.
