Access and use of ET data on the Internet
The High Plains Climate Center (HPCC) was established in 1987 and is one of six centers providing coverage of the continental U.S. HPCC is located at the University of Nebraska in Lincoln. HPCC's mission is to carry out applied climate studies to aid in the development of improved climate products for use in an array of climate services, including data collection, analysis, and dissemination in the HPCC region.
