dc.description.abstractBuilding maintenance is a significant part of Facilities Management which is necessary to sustain the expected performance of the built environment. Different issues such as lack of funding and insufficient resources, increase the impact of decisions in the maintenance process. The main purpose of this study is to generate a decision making model for the effective repair and replacement decisions of building maintenance with a condition assessment support framework and Multi Criteria Decision Making. The expected impact of the study is to analyze the benefits of repair and replacement decisions with the proposed model compared to decisions given without model.en_US
