dc.description.abstractA checklist of the beetles (Coleoptera) of Colorado has been compiled mainly from published records, from specimens in the C. P. Gillette Museum of Arthropod Diversity at Colorado State University and from specimens in other major collections in the United States. The list contains the scientific name of beetle species and the counties in Colorado where the species has been recorded. Ninety-one families of beetles, including more than 1260 genera and over 3500 species are also included.
