Abstract
The illustration-based installation Transfigurement; Animophilia contends with the integration of my subconscious and conscious mind by suspending disintegrated parts that describe a process of transformation. The work is not intended to portray an integrated, resolved person. Using transparent materials that include viewers as they explore illustrations of my body in metamorphosis, I expose the membrane of my subconscious to scrutiny.
