Perhaps the Anthropocene is inevitable. But: Rejoice? Accommodate? Accept it, alas? Perhaps the wiser, more ethical course is not so much "beyond" as "keeping the natural in "symbiosis" with humans. Enter the Semi-Anthropocene! Basically Natural! Carefully!
