dc.description.abstract“In April 1979 the Western Area Power Administration (Western) proposed a 38 percent rate increase for Colorado River Storage Project (CRSP) firm power. Western now proposes to revise the CRSP firm power rate to a 25.8 percent increase. This latest proposal is based on the results of a revised power repayment study, which was made necessary by the recent discovery that the investment costs of three participating projects were found to be considerably out of date.”
