Abstract

“Commissioner of Reclamation C. Dale Duvall said today that the United States and the People's Republic of China have reached an accord on Appendix 4 of the hydropower development agreement calling for the continuation of technical and consulting services during 1986 for the Three Gorges project on the Yangtze River.”
