Despite numerous attempts to parse out the elements of traumatic grief, it eludes definitive measurement. This study was an attempt to build a scale that could measure theoretically-driven elements that have been proposed as aspects of traumatic grief but have not yet been incorporated together into one distinct measurement instrument.
