Instrument is mounted on a square piece of wood. It sits on four black iron legs- two of which are straight up and down, and two of which are at an angle. There are support rods between the two sides of the leg pairs. Springs are screwed into the inside of the angled legs. These continue up to a silver metal cylinder.
