A man wearing wire-rimmed glasses, a cap, coat and 3 piece suit with striped shirt, stands in front of a brick and stone building. The man in the photo is Paul N. Flint, Extension Agent. In January 1916 he gave a presentation on "County Fairs and Exhibits". Photo was taken during the annual Farmers' Congress held at the CAC campus December 15-19, 1919. A week earlier a snowstorm and very cold temperatures hit the area.
