Miriam Palmer oral history
James Hansen interviews Miriam Palmer. Palmer served as Illustrator and Delineator at the Experiment Station from 1904 to 1928 and on the faculty in the Department of Entomology and Zoology from 1928 to 1951. She was an expert artist in illustrations of insects and sculpting fruits in wax. Additionally she was considered a world authority in the study of aphids.
