Robert Clayton: his experiences in the Korean War, as told in his own words
On August 23, 2012 Robert Clayton sat down at his home in Fort Collins, CO and told of his experiences during the Korean War. Robert, born in Fargo, ND and raised in Longview, WA, served in the Army. He tells of his tour in Korea after arriving there just a number of weeks before the armistices [sic] was signed After his enlistment was up, he would go on to obtain his Masters and PhD and have a 22 year career in academia. he then owned a sporting goods store for 17 years. He also met and married his wife Joyce. Married now for 53 years, Robert and Joyce have four children and 13 grandchildren.
