Original: negative; black and white.
Located at South College Avenue and Pitkin Street, the building pictured near the CSU plaque started out as the home of Lee and Mae Tiley. It later became a fraternity house until 1962, and then the location for several businesses. Colorado State University purchased the building in 1993, creating a space for the Office of Conference Services, the University Visitor Center, and later for the Alumni Center.
