Abstract

Two agreements: 1) 1890 water rights agreement between Arkansas Land, Town and Canal Company and Abraham Armentrout and accompanying water deed for a ditch taking water from the Arkansas River, and 2) agreement between Colorado and Kansas covering the division of the waters of the Arkansas River and operation of the Caddoa (John Martin) Reservoir during the period April 1 to October 1, 1943
