    Abstract
    Correspondence between Delph Carpenter and others concerning financial and legal matters associated with the Greeley-Poudre Irrigation District. Carpenter corresponds with Charles Todd regarding a Poudre Valley Canal contract with the district. He makes a donation to the Red Cross on behalf of the company. He corresponds with Charles Tew concerning the district's capital bonds. He also exchanges letters with irrigation engineer Rollin Tenney concerning irrigation practices and difficulties with the Larimer Board of County Commissioners.
