Maurice Albertson (1918-2009), best known for his role in establishing the Peace Corps, was a professor and administrator instrumental in expanding Colorado State University’s water resources research program and international reputation. The archival collection contains teaching materials, publications, records of professional and consulting activities, files reflecting his interests, slides, photographs, audiotapes, films, and artifacts. This digital collection, with materials dated 1937 to 1987, consists of slides of national and international water infrastructure, audio recordings of seminars and meetings, and videos of lectures and field trips for CE470: Civil Engineering Applications and CE712: Hydraulic Structures Design.
