He is responsible for oversight of animal and human research, research involving biosafety, export control or other restrictions, as well as conflicts of interest and misconduct in research. Dr. Rosse received his Ph.D. in Organizational Psychology from the University of Illinois, and is also a Professor of Management in the University of Colorado's Leeds School of Business.
