In this position she provides quality assurance oversight and support for a wide variety of FDA and EPA regulated research conducted at the University, including GLP, GCP and GMP non-clinical, clinical studies and manufacturing activities. Before serving as the CSU Quality Assurance Manager, Ms. Bens worked for many years with private, university and government organizations as both Quality Assurance and Research Manager, designing research support programs and leading Quality Systems development an d training.
