This thesis explored the redesign of a northern Colorado non-profit organization to enhance user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) through a combination of user-centered design principles, accessibility improvements, and elevated functionality. The process to complete this project involved evaluating the current website’s limitations, conducting A/B testing, and applying learned web design techniques to create a more friendly, visually appealing, and informative platform.
