AN EXPLORATION OF RACIAL CLIMATE, RETENTION, AND JOB SATISFACTION AMONG TEACHERS OF COLOR AT K-12 INDEPENDENT SCHOOLS IN THE UNITED STATES
The relationship between racial climate, job satisfaction, and intent to leave is largely unknown among faculty of Color at K-12 independent private schools. Racial Battle Fatigue (RBF) and tokenism provided theoretical structures to inform an investigation of the experience of perceived negative racial climate at independent schools.
