Design and application of sequential clinical trials with bivariate outcomes
Clinical trials with group sequential monitoring commonly measure treatment effects on multiple endpoints. Designs that capture clinical meaning with multiple endpoints are fundamental but not straightforward. Additionally, the development of the accompanied bivariate group sequential methodology is critical to maintaining the desired operating characteristics.
