dc.description.abstract"Summer of 1900 spent as cowboy on Col. Hughes' ranch in Texas, called 'Rocking Chair Ranch.' His duty was to ride the fence and see that it was kept unbroken. He lived by himself, spent his nights in a cabin at either end of the fence and did his own cooking," on page 93 in "Correspondence with Henry."
