    Abstract
A sidewalk with two series of steps leads to a 2-storied brick and stone house topped with three roof peaks. Snow lays on the grass beside the concrete sidewalk. A sign above the porch eaves states "Sigma Phi Epsilon". This house stood at 428 South College Avenue, Fort Collins, Colorado. The site is now part of the parking lot for the current Safeway store on that block.
