dc.description.abstract | Andy Jones, a Colorado water attorney, describes his background and experience with groundwater law in particular. He talks about the 2002 Well Augmentation Subdistrict of the Central Colorado Water Conservancy District case as well as four other of the most impactful Colroado groundwater cases in his career. He also details several other nuanced aspects of Colorado water law, including the legal definitions of tributary, non-tributary, and not non-tributary groundwater, along with differences in some of the agencies and organizations with roles in law and legislation. |
