Letters and reports from Charles A. Lory, state and federal agencies, companies, and individuals. C. G. Sargent wrote several letters to Lory over the year, concerning his manuscript on the consolidation of Colorado rural and village schools. Sargent indicated that Moore had a favorable conversation with Dr. Stearns. In October, Sargent wrote Lory after having a meeting with Dr. Vest, Commissioner of Education, who expressed interest in the publication of his book. Vest later declined.
