Burgess, Chief Hydrographer for the Engineering Department of the State of Colorado, to Ralph Parshall concerning tabulations of snow survey measurements made at the east portal of Moffat Tunnel and measurements made on the Amity Canal 20-foot Parshall flume. There is a table of Current Meter Measurements on Amity Canal at 20-foot Parshall Flume. A telegram to Parshall mentions Holly, Colorado, a false floor, and Amity Mutual Irrigation Company superintendent Oscar Hellbeck.
