dc.description.abstractPhotographs of grebble making session held in the basement of First Congregational Church for Septemberfest held in Torrington, Wyoming. The grebble (fried pastries) making for Septemberfest began about 7 am. During this year's session, the longtime head of grebble making, Dorothy Shimp, was supervising the young women who had promised to take over after she retired.
