dc.description.abstract | Debris revealed underneath the receding waters in front of the F. J. Bruch Manufacturing Company and the Frank Bacino Fancy Groceries buildings. The Bacino building has a damaged Quaker Oats advertisement painted on the side of the building. The Portland Chili Parlour is visible down the street. Undamaged homes on Goat Hill are visible in the background. |
