Harold Kellerman: his experiences in World War II, as told in his own words
On April 7, 2009 Harold Kellerman sat down at his home in Fort Collins, CO and told of his experiences in World War II. Harold, born and raised on a farm outside of Fargo, ND, served in the Army's 75th Field Artillery. After training, he shipped off to the Aleutian Islands to counter the Japanese invasion. Harold gives a good account of the severe conditions they encountered while there. After serving there, they shipped out for the east coast and then across the Atlantic to enter the war in Europe.
