The Local Colorado and Regional History Collection is a collection of local and Colorado history materials dated 1834 to 1979. Subjects primarily include Fort Collins and Northern Colorado history, and irrigation and agricultural history of Colorado, though a few letters from politicians in Pennsylvania, Texas, and Maryland are also present. The entire archival collection of reports, correspondence, research papers, photographs, and maps has been digitized. Five aerial photographs of the foothills west of Fort Collins and construction of Horsetooth Reservoir are of special interest.
