dc.description.abstractProfessor Emeritus Genny Garst taught the first computer science classes at CSU from 1958 to 1963. She left to accompany and assist her husband, Warren Garst, a photographer for Mutual of Omaha's Wild Kingdom. They donated their photographs of wildlife to the Colorado State University Library. Many were digitized and all are housed in the Warren and Genevieve Garst Photographic Collection.
