This collection contains three oral histories of CSU alumni captured in 2016. Topics include the interviewees involvement in Black Student Services (now Black/African American Cultural Center), Black Student Alliance, Mexican-American Committee for Equality and the United Mexican-American Students, as well as efforts to oppose racial discrimination, and increase the number of people of color attending the university. These oral histories directly relate to incidents covered by the Collection on Student Unrest.
