Baccalaureate nursing students' perceptions of a capstone preceptor course in role transition
The purpose of the study was to identify baccalaureate nursing students' perceptions of a capstone preceptor course as an aid in transitioning to the professional nurse role in regard to problem-solving, dealing with the unexpected, resourcefulness and maintaining calm.
