Abstract

Letter, concept technical review application, and two maps related to a proposed Russell Subdivision south of Loveland, Colorado. The proposed subdivision was west of Boedecker Lake/Mariano Reservoir, and the Home Supply Ditch, Buckingham Ditch, and South Side Ditch all ran through the area.
