Rollin Q. Tenney (1838-1932) was an irrigation expert and one of Colorado's early water commissioners. His archival collection primarily includes correspondence, reports, and maps and covers Tenney's time as water commissioner of the South Platte Watershed’s District No. 3 and his activities related to ditch companies and irrigation districts in Northern Colorado. For more information see the finding aid.

The entire collection, with materials dated 1882 to 1998, is presented here except for the book Circumstantial Evidence (Smith-Brooks Printing Company, 1908) by Ledru R. Rhodes.
