James R. Meiman (born 1933) is Professor Emeritus of Earth Resources (Watershed Science) at Colorado State University. Meiman led CSU's snow hydrology program, collaborated with federal agencies, and worked on watershed projects in the Middle East. He served as Dean of CSU’s Graduate School (1975-1981) and Director of the Office of International Programs (1975-1991). His collection contains course materials, reports and publications, correspondence, slides, photographs, and media related to snow hydrology, CSU's watershed science program, and international projects.
