The Local Water Resources History Collection is an artificial collection assembled from multiple sources. Its wide range of materials includes maps, blueprints, brochures, programs, posters, reports, photographs, newsletters, audiotapes, CDs, and DVDs, and touches on various topics related to Colorado water issues, and people, and organizations working on water issues. Some materials pertain to places outside of the state of Colorado. For more information see the finding aid.

This digital collection, with materials dated 1908 to 2018, includes lists of select Colorado irrigation ditches and appropriations, water district irrigation reports, historic context reports for Fort Collins water structures, court testimony, histories of water use, and biographies of people whose careers involved water management.
