This digital collection contains textual materials from the library’s Special Collections Department and includes volumes from the D.K. Bailey Collection of 19th Century Botany; original leaves from well-known books, 1122 A.D. to 1923 A.D., including Livy’s History of Rome, 1436, and Beowulf, printed by Kelmscott Press, London, 1895; Colorado River Water Forecast Committee annual meeting transcripts for 1946, 1950, and 1964; a Colorado forest commissioner biennial report for 1887 and 1888; and a 1975 Indian Hills, Colorado, environmental inventory. Also included are two publications from 1905—a James Bridger biographical sketch and a book on Rocky Ford, Colorado.
