Curator Notes:

As with your previous data submission (https://hdl.handle.net/10217/199886), I created preservation copies of the Excel files to save the formatting and formulas and to make the information available to those without access to Microsoft Office products. These are included in a new .zip file which I noted in your README file. 

I also re-saved three of the .txt files which I initially encountered issues opening with Notepad (I saw a block of Asian text and other symbols rather than the data). I was able to open these in Notepad++ and re-save them, and then I had no problem viewing the data. I'm not sure what the issue was (possibly an encoding issue), but please take a look and make sure the data are correct (see the attached files).
