This file defines in poor spelling what each variable in the ProcessedWorkspace.mat represents

ColorFrames = image frames that a cathodic potential was applied to color the material to make it absorb more

contrast = contrast values for the optical images to make them easier to see

Curr = current from the whole cell

CurRange = The current range set on the potentiostat

Cycles = the number of cathodic pulses of a given potential that were applied to the cell during imaging

DAQdata = column1: time points correpsonding to when images were taken
column2: current corresponding to when images were taken
column3: potential corresponding to when images were taken

DAQfilename = the name of the file containing the DAQ data

DFT_dr_ave = the average drift of specified objects in during the course of imaging for later drift correction

FrameRate = how fast images were taken in seconds

image = the image that masks / rois can be made from

imageframe = the frame for the image defined in the variable "image"

Mask_Rods = the ROIs/masks for particles of interest

mask_sz = the box that contains an object to be tracked for drift correction

Mask_Translate = Background ROIs/masks

mv = file location for the entire image stack

Potentials = the potentials that were used to cathodically color the material during the cource of image aquisition in the order they were applied in

PulseFrames = indexes where polerization (cathodic and anodic) were applied

refcoor = referance coordinates of objects to be tracked during drift correction

RodOD = the optical density for each frame for each particle defined in the Mask_Rods variable

RodT = the % transmittance for each frame for each particle defined in the Mask_Rods variable

RodTraj = Raw intensity for each frame for each particle defined in the Mask_Rods variable

TimeError = error in time for assigning the actual time the frame was taken

timeres = how fast he DAQ card samples
