The following contains directions on how to navigate and access the relevant data files for Brad Sparks' thesis.

There are two initial paths for data storage: GPR data and Refraction data.

GPR DATA:

The Sub-folders within GPR data are Processed Survey Data, Raw Survey Data, and Topography files. 
It is important to note that Line 13 is not an actually line, but a velocity calibration check.
	
	Processed Survey Data includes a sub folder for AGC gained data and SEC gained data. 
	There are .HD and .DT1 files for line on the grid. The .HD files are used to view the data in Ekko View. 
	The .DT1 files hold the data for each line. The .ini files contain configuration settings used to view the lines more accurately.

	Raw Survey Data includes the original, non processed .DT1 and .HD files for lines 1 - 13 on the grid.

	Topography files includes the topographic corrections applied to the corresponding lines in the file name. 
	For example, Line8and9topo.top are used for the topographic correction on Lines 8 and 9. 
	An important note is that to use the topography files in the Ekko View software, thye must have a .top file extension. 
	They are standard ASCIII files and can be edited in any text editor.

REFRACTION DATA:

The refraction data is sorted by sub folders indicating the survey lines. 
Within each subfolder there are two other sub folders and a list of data files. 
The sub folders are Flat Inversion and Topography Inversion. 
The data files are .dat and .vs files. 

	The .dat files are the files representing the raw data and are used to make first break picks. 
	The ones that have a number followed by an "e" represent edited files to orient the geophones to correspond to the correct locations. 
	The .vs files are the files that have picks made already and are used to asign velocity layers to generate a velocity model. 
	The final .vs file that says Line"#".vs is the .vs file that holds all of the individual .vs files for that line. 
	This file is used to assign 2 layers to the entire line so that a velocity model could be genereated for the line as a whole.   
	
	The Flat Inversion file consists of the tomograpic velocity models corresponding to the number of iterations ran for a flat surface. 
	There is also a 2 layer time-term file which has the 2 layers picked in the shot data and is used to start the tomography inversion.

	The Topography Inversion file is similar to the Flat Inversion file, excpet that the tomography inversion is corrected for topography.
	Accordingly, the topography file used in the inversion is included as a .txt file in the Topography Inversion sub folder
